Description
Added all marquee sections with tags.
@saihaj linked me a example of a Marquee component with
motionand it definitely fits a conference website better than the link cards marquee I animated for@theguild/componentsby tweening animation playback rate inrequestAnimationFrame.As a side effect: Ania wanted to animate the numbers in the KPIs section, and an animation library will definitely be useful for that. I'll get back to it after the Speakers and Schedule pages though.
