I'm not sure of course, maybe should make an indent at the end

build finished with problems, 1 warning (with warnings treated as errors).
make[1]: *** [Makefile:43: html] Error 1

So maybe dry deleting 5-3-migration-guide.rst, it's not needed for the 6.x docs.
