Change from WIFI_FAST_SCAN to WIFI_ALL_CHANNEL_SCAN to better support mesh networks.
This should fix #75 at the cost of adding a negligible amount of extra AP association time.
Mesh / multi AP networks are VERRY common and these devices handle them poorly with FAST_SCAN.
