Proposal chore changes

The last couple of months I have been working as a collaborator of this repo.
There are MANY issues that needs to be resolved and based on the amount of issues and 219 test cases it think something needs to be done.
Based on some previous issue (#1096, #784, #402, #765) I think there needs to be some chore changes.

Proposed changes:

1. Remove all built in tagging, tagginToken etc. and create separate directives for this
2. Have a look at the $watch property's and see if we can make this better.
3. Have a look at the repeat parser there are some issues open for this where use cases don't work (maybe outdated code?)
4. Maybe migrate to ES6 => webpack?
5. Thinking about a release calendar or something where everybody can see when will be released and what?

After this I think we have some more readable and better maintainable code after this we could have a look at upgrading to Angular?
