Crosshair only shows on maps that have a queryable layer at the given location, since the query handler doesn't take bounds into consideration this means anywhere on the map currently. Fix for issue #266 will enable crosshair to only show if the given location is within bounds of the queryable layer.
Closes #268 also closes #260
