What does this PR do?

Bumps dd trace to 1.2.1, the latest release of 1.x. Deprecation warnings were enabled in v0.60, so users have had ample time to identify deprecations that occurred.

The full release notes are available here

Hi @isacaraujo, yes! I'm working on a related pr which requires 1.x and am planning on releasing them in the same major (as it's a breaking change).

Is there something specific you need from ddtrace 1.2? I think #3870 will be ready soon, but some folks are on vacation and it could be a bit. If needed we could cut a breaking release sooner?

Actually yes @astuyve. Currently I'm running a long running application using dd-trace-py 1.x, latest stable version in PIP repo, but I'm planning to deploy the same codebase as lambda. I wouldn't like to downgrade the dd-trace library to make it compatible. But thanks for explaining that. I'm evaluating this library using a branch version for a while, but I will wait for the next release.
