FYI: I tried to use graal's ahead of time compiler (native-image) to compile org.scoverage.SingleReportApp, ran into a blocker, and filed an issue with graal about it: oracle/graal#684

Compiling to native might help remove the jvm startup time from the reportScoverage task.
