torchvision doc link is broken on "https://pytorch.org/" menu for window screen of width less than 1200px

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior :

  1. Go to "https://pytorch.org/". Set your browser window screen to less than 1200px
  2. Click on the top-right menu ("...") icon
  3. Select torchvision from Docs
  4. Broken link. Error: Oops! You've reached a dead end.

Expected behavior

User should have been redirected to TorchVision Docs but redirects to Broken link
