OMF community should be for open science

A general consensus is that the OMF should be a community that is dedicated to open, transparent modeling--even while recognizing that there are commercial and other actors who might not want to be open for various reasons. If the OMF becomes large enough, it might also help shift the perception of black box versus transparent modeling
