Summary

I cannot execute the test suite, likely a configuration/dependency issue.

Actual behavior

I run the tests with

    py.test -v --cov nipype\
        --cov-config .coveragerc\
        --cov-report xml:cov.xml\
        -c nipype/pytest.ini\
        --doctest-modules nipype\

I get

how did you install nipype? this should be already included in dependencies for version 1.1.1

@effigies sorry, that somehow dropped off my radar, you were right, it was a missing dep issue, though I would add that this also seems to be required for 1.1.0.

Yes, it didn't get added to the dependencies until 1.1.1. That was our mistake.
