Cannot import css

Please provide us with the following information:

1. OS? Windows 7, 8 or 10. Linux (which distribution). Mac OSX (Yosemite? El Capitan?)
   Mac OSX

2. Versions. Please run ng --version. If there's nothing outputted, please run
   in a Terminal: node --version and paste the result here:

   [email protected] beta.11

3. Repro steps. Was this an app that wasn't created using the CLI? What change did you
   do on your code? etc.

   npm install sweetalert --save
typings dt~sweetalert --save-dev --global
   and then
   import * as swal from 'sweetalert'
import 'sweetalert/dist/sweetalert.css';

4. The log given by the failure. Normally this include a stack trace and some
   more information.

   No error message.
   Everything go working but CSS isn't imported.
   I'm sure the path 'sweetalert/dist/sweetalert.css' loaded.

   What's wrong with me ?
   or
   What's wrong with [email protected] ?

5. Mention any other details that might be useful.

   I remember：
   Webpack roams over your application source code, looking for import statements, building a dependency graph
