Enhancement proposal

Removal of the comment saying " in-code typehints are optional for now" and its examples and giving new example for how to use in-code typehints. We could also this cheat sheet for easier understanding of the usage of these.

Probably we could add this also https://docs.python.org/3/library/typing.html
Also this is related to issue #52
